2. Working principle of bentonite mill (three-ring medium-speed superfine mill):


When working, the main motor of the pulverizer drives the main shaft and the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway.

The bentonite raw mineral material is crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher, and then sent to the storage bin by the elevator, and then sent through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feeding pipe to evenly send the bentonite particles to the bulk material tray on the upper part of the turntable .

The bentonite particles are scattered to the periphery of the circle under the action of centrifugal force, and fall into the raceway of the grinding ring. They are impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After three-layer ring processing, they become bentonite powder. Air is sucked into the machine and the crushed bentonite powder is brought into the classifier.

The rotating impeller in the classifier makes the coarse bentonite powder fall back and regrind, and the fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part of it, which is the final ultrafine bentonite powder, with a small amount The airflow of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and then discharged through the fan and muffler.
